Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions: 

 

We are  PLC Electronics, We are the stockiest in refurbishing industrial electronics. Originally based in Estonia, we have expanded globally. 

 

2. Ordering and Payment: 

 

·         Buyers may place orders for Products through our web shop and eBay Store. 

·         PLC Electronics reserves the right to request advance payment or issue credit terms based on creditworthiness assessment. 

 

3. Product Availability and Delivery: 

 

·         All orders are subject to Product availability. PLC Electronics will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly. 

·         Delivery times and methods shall be communicated to the Buyer upon order confirmation. 

·         PLC Electronics shall not be liable for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to transportation delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events. 

 

4. Product Inspection and Acceptance: 

 

·         Upon receipt of the Products, the Buyer shall inspect them for any visible damage or defects. 

·         Any discrepancies, damages, or defects must be reported to PLC Electronics within 15 days of receipt. 

·         Failure to report such issues within the specified timeframe shall constitute acceptance of the Products. 

 

5. Returns and Refunds:

 

·         PLC Electronics accepts returns of Products only by its return policy. 

·         Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. 

·         Refunds shall be issued promptly upon receipt and inspection of returned Products, minus any applicable restocking fees or deductions. 

 

6. Warranty and Support: 

 

·         All our New and refurbished products are covered with a 2-year warranty.  

·         The Seller shall provide reasonable technical support and assistance to the Buyer in resolving any issues or concerns with the Products. 

 

7. Limitation of Liability: 

 

·         PLC Electronics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products. 

·         The total liability of PLC Electronics under any circumstances shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the Buyer for the Products. 

 

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: 

 

·         These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. 

·         Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If not resolved, they shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization]. 

 

9. Amendment and Severability: 

 

·         PLC Electronics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 

·         If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

 

10. Entire Agreement: 

 

·         These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between PLC Electronics and Buyer concerning the sale and purchase of Products and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. 

·         By proceeding with purchasing Products from the Seller, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
